All the foam mats passed the US and European safety standard tests including ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71(1-3), REACH, and California Prop 65 compliant to ensure they meet requirements limiting heavy metals, lead, formamide, phthalates, or other harmful chemicals in children's products.

Usually, we will make the samples free and make the OEM colors accordingly, and the customer pays the air delivery fee, which is refundable once the order is placed; For those samples which are complicated and need OEM cutting mold, we will charge u the fee accordingly.

Yes, our company's principle is "no order is small, no problem is big". We are willing to help every new customer of this product to test the market with the most possible small cost. We could do 500sets or 300sets, even 200sets if needed.

It usually takes us 7days to make the samples; And 20days for the mass foam mats once order confirmed.

we are having standard package way for our foam mats: shrinkwrap pakcage, pvc bag package, individual box package, master box package, pallet package; What's more, we are offering our customer also with canvas bag package, cotton bag package, and color paper box package for your displaying.

Usually, we are providing 30cmx30cm, 40cmx40cm, 50cmx50cm, 60cmx60cm mats for the standard use. But we are ok to make other specific OEM sizes like 80cmx80cm or 70cmx70cm. Just let us know your requirements.
